DESIGN GUIDELINES
The home is an artful expression.
The home tells a story of who the owners are, what they value from the past, and what they hope for in the future.

The Design Guidelines are meant to inspire and inform future residents of Aledo River with detailed information about how to build on your acreage lot.
​
We have recently added an addendum that addresses both Phase 2 and select standards Phase 1.
Homeowners and builders are encouraged to read both documents.
DESIGNERS
The best Custom Home Builders, Architects, and Landscape Designers have been reviewed and approved by the Architectural Control Committee of Aledo River.

If you do not see your preferred builder on the list, your builder may submit an application for review.

UPDATE: At this time, we are only taking submissions that are requested by lot owners. You must have a client in Aledo River to be considered.
